Volunteer in Argentina

Home to world-famous footballer Diego Maradona, the elegant city of Buenos Aires and the dance of all dances (the tango), Argentina is one of our most popular volunteer destinations.

Argentina’s landscape varies from wild, remote areas in southern Patagonia to the stunning Iguazu Falls in the north. With the help of the notoriously warm and welcoming Argentineans you will feel right at home on your volunteer project.

Argentina needs volunteers to improve welfare of wild animals that are native to Argentina. At an animal breeding and rehabilitation centre you’ll get the chance to nurse sick or injured animals back to health so they can be released back to their natural habitat.

We also work with many community development projects to provide guidance and help improve the lives of Argentina’s underprivileged children. You’ll be playing games, teaching arts and crafts and passing on your native English skills to make a real difference to their lives.

Our volunteer projects are located in the buzzing capital of Buenos Aires and around the city of Posadas, where you can spend your time after the day’s hard work living with a local family in our homestays. With bustling markets, friendly cafes, numerous cinemas and museums, there will be plenty to do while winding down at the weekends.
